- BPM/Stage Display:
- Displays the Beats per Minute and when in exercise mode the current stage, i.e. Warmup, Exercise, Cool Down
- Displays appropriate Italian Tempo Terms i.e. Adagio, Allegro etc… for the current BPM speed
- Measure Display:
- Displays the number of the current measure
- Total #: The total number of measures in the exercise
- Timer Display:
- Counts up to the amount of time set in the timer field during “Regular Mode - Continuous”
- Time Left: Shows the total time set in the timer field during “Regular Mode - Continuous”
- Set Tempo Slider:
- Move the slider to the tempo you want
- Subdivisions:
- divisions of the beat
- Start, Pause, Stop:
- Controls playback of all exercises
- Prev, Next:
- Moves up/down through exercises in bundle exercise list
- General Exercise Settings
- Time Sig#:
- Sets the number of time signatures in an exercise
- Count in Meas:
- The number of measures before exercise is played
- Repeats:
- The number of times an exercise is repeated in regular mode
- Timer:
- The amount of time the exercise is played in regular continuous mode

- Trainer Mode:
- Enables the Warmup, Exercise, Cool Down
- Peak Setting Mode:
- Continues to increment until stop is pressed or it reaches max BPM
- Regular Mode:
- Enables repeat setting. Exercise repeats specified number of times
- Continuous Mode:
- If timer is set to 0 acts like a standard metronome

- Name:
- Name you want to give the exercise
- Source:
- Where the exercise came from i.e. Magazine, Website etc.
- Author:
- The actual author of the exercise
- Page(s):
- Page numbers of the exercise if they are in a Magazine, Book etc.
- Date Started:
- Date you started working on the exercise
- Date Completed:
- Date you stopped working on the exercise
- Exercise Notes:
- Plain text, no graphics notes about the exercise teacher notes etc.
- New Exs:
- Resets all exercise settings to default
- Save Exs:
- Saves the current exercise settings
- Single Exercise:
- Enable single exercise mode
- Exercise Bundle:
- Enables exercise bundle list
- Time Signature and Accented Beat
- A: Accented beat
- u: unaccented beat
- o: beat is off – no sound
- Time Signature Settings:
- Upper: Sets the beats per measure
- Lower: Sets the value of each beat
- Number of Measures:
- Number of measures for that time signature

- Warmup stage:
- Start BPM: Beginning tempo
- Warm up Repeats: Number of measures exercise repeats at Start BPM

- Peak BPM: Peak tempo of the exercise
